While furniture re-vitalization is itself an act of environmental stewardship, Doozie takes its responsibilities seriously.

While we have always recycled all cardboard, paper and metal, Doozie recently discovered a foam recycling center in south King County which allows us to recycle all the used foam removed from upholstery projects, and well as all new scrap polyurethan foam generated in our workrooms. In addition, we recycle fabric scraps, and, whenever possible, new, clean dacron wrap scraps as well. We estimate that we are currently recycling well over 75% of our waste stream.
